Depending on driver's size, the Recaro CS are way too wide. They are nice to look at though.

What I find most interesting is the factory sized Michelin PS4S. I can't wait until these tires in this size are made available in the NA market.

Energy, above, is basically correct, we can't get these tires here.
If you look closely this is not the 4s tire. This is the 4 tire. Appears in pic that this specific tire was Made in Germany. 5th week of 2017. I'm asking Michelin about this now...why we don't yet get this tire here. I think, not sure, that the 4 is for smaller size wheels, 4s for larger than our wheels. Information not clear on the difference between these two model tires. Michelin's website also implies the construction of these models may be different, one from the other. Both are (updated) replacements for the Pilot Super Sport. Michelin expects tread life of the Pilot Sport 4 tire to be 20,000 miles...nice...LOL Did get a half assed response from Michelin. Tire not available yet to the USA. Most likely they just don't yet have sufficient manufacturing capacity for this one new model tire. Michelin does show the Pilot Sport 4 available in 235/45/17, though not yet in 215/45/17 for USA. https://www.michelinman.com/upload/m...ot-sport-4.pdf Review of the 4S tire in which the guy, during lst 35 seconds of video mentions this 4 tire: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F65rXOlS2f8"]Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S vs Michelin Pilot Super Sport - YouTube[/ame] Last edited by ToySub1946; 10-29-2017 at 04:12 PM. |

The PS4S is the PSS replacement. The PS4 replaced the PS3 (not available in the USA if i'm not mistaken, replaced the old Exalto PE2), but it's so good that it actually works as a replacement for PSS in smaller sizes. It's almost as good on dry tracks, miles ahead on the wet and just better as a street tire all around. Note that PS4S is only available from 19" here in Europe and it seems like there is no plan to change that. And yet you guys overseas can get them in 18 (245/40 18 only). Doesn't always make sense but Michelin uses to do this kind of stuff... Market numbers i guess.

Definitely not a fan of the anus-like exhaust.
Single exit and middle configuration is probably practical, but looks horrid. Edit: @quik1987 That's how to do it correctly, IMO |
