I have an oem flip armrest that cracked near the hinge. I sealed it with jbweld and Krazy glue. It works. It's not beautiful on the inside but the actual armrest piece and the piece that attaches to the center console are perfect.
Hardware: 3 of the rubber nuts and one of the star shaped screws are missing. These can be bought at any hardware store. The black plastic caps all have a hole in them from when they were removed the first time.
