I just loaded up Shiv's OFH Stage 2 93 octane tune after putting my invidia front pipe/q300 on (in addition to the OFH which I had before). Would anyone mind taking a look at the log? I didn't see anything that looked bad. LTFT was never really much beyond +/-5% but was more on the negative side. There's a few blips of knock correction but not anywhere near enough to cause IAM to drop below 1.
http://www.datazap.me/u/demasrv/5-9-...m?log=0&data=1 http://www.datazap.me/u/demasrv/5-9-...m?log=1&data=1 http://www.datazap.me/u/demasrv/5-9-...m?log=2&data=1 Only asking because I always just ran the OTS 93 octane tune before but wanted to try out the more aggressive OFH tune now that I'm running full exhaust. Edit: Here's better (longer) log with a few pulls in 2nd and 3rd. Mostly interstate driving though. http://www.datazap.me/u/demasrv/5-10...t?log=0&data=1 Last edited by demasrv; 05-10-2017 at 11:12 AM. |

calling on the experts....haha seems like im getting a bit of knock...is this a concern? sometimes multiplier falls to around 0.88. also ltft seems high at idle? Could this be that my gas isnt good enough? im running chevron 94 and flashed to ots stage 1 tune. Is this tune safe to run on my car in general? thanks so much. |

So i am a noob at this and learning bits and pieces. If some one could take a look at my data log(S) i would appreciate. I was cruising around hitting the throttle here and there. I noticed the car feels and drives a bit different with each of the two seperate/diffirent tunes. I ran the stage 1 93 tune w/ 93 pump gas mixed with 10% ethanol, then the stage 1 91 tune w/ the same fuel. for the 93 tune it felt like a mission to hit the throttle. i had to press on the acceleration half way down to get a response. As for the 91 tune (w/93gas & E10) the pedal was throttle happy. i literlly tapped on it 20% of the way and got more acceleration and response. so this leads to my question: is there anything off from the 93tune as opposed to the 91tune even though they are running same fuel?
Stage 1 93 tune w/ 93 pump: http://datazap.me/u/itswill/frscruis...=0&data=1-2-10 Stage 1 91 tune w/ 93 pump: http://datazap.me/u/itswill/frsatcru...=1-2-10&solo=3 Last edited by Its_Will; 05-28-2017 at 11:20 PM. Reason: compared two different tunes, and added extra log |

I had no idea the Phantom ESC was capable of those gains up top. I always thought it was good for low end torque but being 70 hp over stock is impressive.

yeah but it lasts only few seconds though. and it needs time to recharge. if i run E85, there could be more gain as well. my AFR seems around 11.xx so little rich? |

11.xx seems about right to me. I wouldn't want to push it into 12.xx under high load based off what I've read. Especially with it having some amount of boost pressure running through it. But I might be wrong.

Here's link you can check out for Phantom ESC. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39719 I thought it was joke and "is this ebay kit?" as soon as i read "electric" S/C and another link for owner's thread http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66862 kit is around $1900 - $2400 depends on options + Batteries and Procede module (instead of Throttle switch it controls by ECU) obviously you need tune by OFT or ECUTEK Advantage is very easy to install & uninstall disadvantage is limited boost another problem is long wait to get it. it took me 2 years to get it. (see thread) I always thought below 12 AFR was kinda rich but i am not expert either. all cars are different and i dont care as long as 11.xx AFR is fine for our vehicle. |

About few months ago I experienced weird thing happened.
I felt car jerk/bogging while at constant partial throttle(seems engine load drops all of sudden according to data log). NOT happening in idle(it idles perfectly fine), only in partial throttle while cruising or accelerating. It doesn't happen all the time but quite often. at least once or twice in 20 min driving. so I decided to log the data to see what is going on & this time it happened more than usual. It seems like engine load & maf voltage drops while afr spikes up(lean) at the same time. I cleaned maf couple months ago with maf cleaner and the symptom seems gone for few weeks but it happens again. No intake leak neither exhaust leak found. So I cleaned maf sensor about couple weeks ago again. Again, the symptom was gone for past couple weeks, but happening again. I first thought it was dirty maf sensor, but now Im thinking maybe my maf sensor is broken. Can someone take a look at the data and help me with advise?? Thanks in advance~ Im currently running OFT stage 2 UEL E85. http://www.datazap.me/u/fa20frs/log-...zoom=1621-1852 Last edited by nunonuna; 06-14-2017 at 11:48 PM. |

Yes looks a little strange. Try flashing a tune with the REAR o2 sensor fueling compensations zeroed out See my post in thread here, ive seen a couple of guys with bad or damaged rear o2 sensor causing rich cruose fueling, wot and hard acceleration ok but on highway or cruising afr will go rich. If zeroing out rear o2 compensations works then it generally the rear o2 thats bad http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2908278 |
