Buzzing from dash

It sounds like a bee buzzing inside a plastic bag.

Any ideas?

Remove any items from the side door pockets and the center console and see if the noise is still there. I heard the noise in your video and I have found that a lot of the noises were cause by stuff rattling in the cup holders and pockets.
If it is still there after you do that, start pressing the odo glass, dash and panels with your hand to see if the sound stops. you may have a fastener or seam that is loose and rubbing up against an adjacent panel.

I can't watch your video right now as I don't have speakers on my work computer, but I have recently had an extremely annoying rattle coming from my windshield area when it dips down into the extreme cold range.

I'm sure it's caused by something contracting because of the cold, but I can't for the life of me figure out what exactly is rattling. It's definitely more of a loud rattle than a buzz, like someone shaking marbles in a plastic cup. I've tried putting pressure on the windshield, and various parts of the dash, to see if I can pin-point where it's coming from, to no avail.

It is infuriatingly annoying when driving at speed, as it rattles with every minor undulation in the road. So much so that I have to turn my music up louder to try to drown it out, lest I develop an eye twitch.

Nothing in center console, doors or anywhere something could be moving. Temperature doesn't matter, it's always there.
It starts around cruising speed I think about after 45 mph and is definitely there going 60+ mph like this video. I tried pushing
on a bunch of things on the side where it's coming from but it hasn't stopped temporarily. This has been in the car since the day
I got it. It only bothers me when the windows are up and radio is off which is not that much but when those conditions are met,
it is annoying the crap out of me. When cruising in 6th , if I tap on the accelerator driving RPMs up, it will subside so it's pretty
much a certain RPM that creates the right frequency for it to start. Temp controls all off, still there.

I guess I can go out really late at night when there's no traffic and put it in cruise control and start pushing on things on by one
to see if that narrows it down.
It is way under warranty still so is this something a dealer would even attempt to fix?

Taking it to the dealer is an option but usually rattles that are behind the dash requires removing the dash itself. I have learned from experience that unless you have a very competent tech it can cause more issues.
Then again the dealer may have already dealt with this on other cars and have an idea where to start. If you exhausted everything it may be worth a shot.

I would suggest you take a co-pilot along, to try to isolate the buzzing sound when you are at speed. I have found that sometimes another set of ears, sitting in a different position, can find the source of unwanted sounds better than the driver sitting behind the wheel.

I doubt that the dealer will be much help ......

So a small child in my lap that can crawl around and pinpoint it? I know the seatbelt laws are in effect but OK if you say so, I'll do anything to stop this buzz.

I may have the same thing. Sounds like something is swinging around when on a bad road at low speeds. Took the dash apart last week and didn't find anything that looked unusual, but I'm no expert.

Only happens on cold days (like, below freezing cold).
