You should be able to make it out on the first photo.
It's certainly not from the reflection from the HID beam. After the light is turned off, you can see the same mark. If you have your 86 parked outside during this raining period, I highly suggest you check it out. Wipe down your headlights completely dry and try and look into it carefully at an angle. My buddy with the monogram series had a little bit on his driver side too. |
