You need to get camber bolts in order to adjust the front, but they're only like $40 so I think it's worth it. There is no way to adjust camber in the rear in stock form, so without buying LCA's you will be stuck with whatever natural camber comes with the drop. LCA's weren't worth the money for me as I DD my car and -2.5* isn't that terrible in the rear. No uneven tire wear or anything like that.

2. Will camber be needed? Camber is going to happen one way or another when you lower your car. The question should be whether adjustment components will be needed, and that is kinda up to you. On Sportlines, you will probably be around -3.0* of camber in the rear naturally with a 1.5" drop without any adjustment. Do you NEED to dial out that camber? Probably not, I still don't think you would see uneven tire wear or anything like that. If you do want to adjust however, you will have to buy LCA's. Camber bolts for the fronts should get you enough camber to alleviate any poke created by your wide wheels/offset combo, and I think you will be fine in the rear. I'll attach a picture in a little bit of what the poke looks like on my setup front and rear.

Another question! lol
I have the sportlines.
My car has 35,000 miles..should i be worried about the stock shocks? or should i invest in konis..

its just my DD.

1. I have attached the pictures of the poke my setup has. The last one kinda shows what the poke looks like from in front of the car. I hope this helps.

2. Your struts should be alright. I put my pro-kit on with stock struts at ~40,000 miles and I am almost to 60,000 now with no issues so far **knocks on wood**

I am on RSR Super Downs with over 1 1/2" drop. I have just about 100K on the car and all the stock shocks are still going strong. I would not ever remotely start worrying about it yet.

It all depends on where and how you drive. If you rally race on soviet roads, you can wear them down much much faster. It's a bit different for those that drive on Japan roads . It's a bit hard to actually start feeling when they are too worn, as it's gradual process and one can get used even to shocks that are noticeably underperforming compared to when they were new. But imho 90% chance that on normal "capitalist" roads with 35K miles you should be fine

I drive through Detroit three of times a month. If they can survive that then a rally race on (post) Soviet roads should be a piece of cake.

yeah thanks man, i just daily my car at most ill take it to LA, OC, etc which is about an hour and a half away. but mostly local driving!
im excited now to get these on!

You'll be fine it will add some extra camber but nothing that will severely accelerate tire wear, toe is more of a factor.

If you drop on sportlines or superdowns you will end up around 2 to 2.5 degs of negative camber in the rear. I'm on stock LCAs, I'll eventually upgrade but not really in a rush.
