All speculation at the moment chaps. It does seem like nameless struggled to keep up with demand though. Wonder what the plan is with exhaust if it is true... SEMA is soon...

Hmm that's very interesting if Cosworth does switch companies.

I contacted Fensport last week regarding a Cosworth product and no reply yet. It looks that something is happening. Maybe someone from Cosworth can provide more information?

I've also noticed a shortage of Cosworth supplies. I even made a thread about it: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108106 but never got a response from Matt or RallySport.

As of now, many of the Cosworth products are listed as discontinued on RallySport Direct's page. The lead time on the 0.2 exhaust is over 200 days and the 0.1 axleback is now discontinued. If you check Nameless's site, the 0.1 is not listed there either.

I still want to buy the 0.2 midpipe, but I'm running out of places to buy it. I found a distributer in the UK but they told me to buy from RallySport which may or may not restock.

I find the Invidia Q300 really compliments the 1.3 exhaust set up. Though I feel the Nameless Downpipe is great value instead of buying a front pipe and an overpipe. So it's a bummer if they stop offering it. Plus I like the ball resonator.

I'll also start the rumor train and hope the new headers (if they offer) will be the ACE headers.

The problem with the Q300 is the smaller diameter pipe with will restrict flow, also the back box has chambers with are not as good as straight through piping.

The ACE is only 2.5" and the runner are smaller than the current nameless so it's likely to be more restrictive with high power.

Though the Q300 is smaller in diameter, I prefer it as my car is a daily and the Cosworth/ Nameless catback was too loud with the full 1.3 kit.

I did not see anything posted from SEMA from Cosworth. The highlight was mostly the twincharged WRX from RallySport Direct. However, I believe @Matt@Cosworth is working on a Stage 3 solution. So I'd say give him some time. I have till next year around this time so I'm all good

Baffle plate interested me.

I had the moroso and it was junk. Caused oil surge jsut holding revs above 6k, presumably because it did let the oil return to the sump fast enough are in such a way that aerated the oil.

I contacted TMG about getting one of their baffles for the TMG racecar but they werent interested.
