I actually read on another thread that someone else had to adjust his pedal after installing the same clutch as mine. It's not that it wouldn't disengage it was just very close to not being able to. Also I had installed injectors at the same time so the tune was off at idle.

My slave cylinder seems fine and fluid level is where it's supposed to be. Regardless, I'm installing a new clutch and putting in the stock flywheel back eventually along with a velox clutch fork and pivot. For the meantime, it will do just fine as long as it "works".

It may not work for long, when I had an ACT clutch about 1000 miles after the inconsistent engagement point and shuddering when taking off started the car would no longer go into gear.

What was the cause of the problem? Bent clutch fork?

The fork was flexing so the throw out bearing wasn't engaging strait. When I took it apart the tob was damaged and I saw that at one corner of the pressure plate the springs weren't released all the way.
