I bought it as is. It does look lowered but the guy claimed it wasn't. Might be due to the wheels it looks that way

Loving it! I have a one hour commute so haven't gotten enough practice in to feel safe driving it to work just yet. I think I will by this Friday though.

One thing i did notice was that I used to be super picky about certain things of whether to get the BRZ or FRS and interior nit picky things. Honestly, I'm having so much fun driving it that I even forgot those thoughts came to my mind.

With all due respect, come on! This is not just an ordinary car. This is a beautiful looking car, drives like a Porsche that costs 3x more, and has a very good mpg. There is no hype about this car, because all of the good things said about it are true. I am sure you like yours, I love mine.

OP,
My FR-S is AT. This is not the same AT you find in a Camry. Both pedal shifters and sequential shifter are available and they are extremely quick. The 6-speed AT is specifically designed for this sports car. I was also planning to buy an MT but I have no regrets whatsoever about the AT after driving the FR-S both in stop-and-go rush hour and twisty mountains in the weekends.

Same here. Before I bought the car, I thought the cheaper FR-S interior would bother me. But I find I just jump in the car and drive without even noticing all the things people love to complain about.

Congrats on the purchase and glad you're enjoying the ride.

And you still can't answer a question. But that's no surprise, you haven't been able to reply a single question why MT is on such a high pedestal compared to AT in this car since you started spewing idiotic BS.

There was no trolling, I asked a few simple questions and you couldn't even reply to me. I can do everything you can in your MT, except launch from a dig. But that's fine, since I wouldn't be doing that in 99% of my driving anyhow.

Anyways, has your wife got back in touch with that guy who mentioned that the twins need a UEL and a tune? Maybe she even let you hold the camera for them?

Well that tells me thats go ahead and when I mentioned the price she didn't budge! So yea sometime this year but right now we have house projects going on.

WINNING

Told you that you'd like the manual in this car. It's flat out fun all the time. Still practice those hill starts so when you are caught in something like i was yesterday. Left hand turn from light was up hill all the way, 1.5 miles and it was a parking lot. I was on the clutch the whole time up the 1.5 mile stretch took me 20 minutes to get where I was going. Traffic in a manual sucks but up hill traffic in a manual sucks more!

Convincing or encouraging? Try it yourself and you'll be convinced it sucks, and I'm not trying to discourage him but the time will come where his uphill traffic skills will be needed

i guess thats why they blacked it out from the interior and focused little it, so when you drive it you focus on the pure experience of driving it and not get distracted on other stuff

Yeah but I'm talking even interior color preference that kept pushing my purchase further and further. I think I was just a little scared but when I saw this particular car I knew i just had to have it lol
