I didn't read the entire thread, but one correction for the calculator. The total width of a wheel is greater than the number given in the size descriptor. For example, an 18x8" wheel is actually closer to 9" wide. The 8" is measured from the insides of the flanges:

I know Im a new guy here but the mm from flush seem Way off and Ive seen quite a few mention this. I was looking at 18x9 +38 for the rear and every picture I see has about 5mm of poke. According to this I would still be inside the wheel well -14mm.
the Flush Wheel Offset Chart here http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7535 seems much more accurate.
