On my supposed 8psi map1 by DT, im reaching above 18psi. Delicious recommends connecting port 2 of my Gspeed ebcs to the bottom port of my wastegate(same as yours)

Make sure your wastegate spring is correct. Mine came with a pre-set 25psi spring. I had to install the yellow 7psi one. The green fitting you leave alone. The blue arrow I had a fitting on there but I removed that to the red arrow. You have to remove the red arrow with a Allen wrench. Once you do, you have to block off the blue fitting that you removed. The red arrow should say air. This is how I routed my ecbs. Here's my Precision wastegate. I have mine routed the way Delicious recommends, just like yours. I'm still overboosting by a lot |

Are you running off just wastegate pressure? If not, unhook your boost controller and try just wastegate. If you don't overboost, you know it's either a bad solenoid or something software related. If you still overboost, take apart your WG and see if the diaphragm is damaged, or if you are not using the correct spring. |

I'm having issues with fitment. My turbo to downpipe isn't fitting properly. I've used flanges and brand new v band clamps and nothing is sealing up the gap.

Did you try loosening all the other bolts hand tight. ie the down pipe and turbo manifold bolts. Id even disconnect the intercooler pipe from the turbo. Then try to get the vband on then snug all the bolts

What EXACTLY did you try? With the nature of these things a few degrees of rotation of the exhaust system flanges could easily close the gap that you are showing. If it were me, I would disconnect (or at least loosen) all of the exhaust connections, then start by aligning the turbo to downpipe flange. Tighten the v-band enough that the face of the flanges will stay in contact but the downpipe to turbo flange can still rotate. Then work your way downstream connecting the rest of the flanges in a similar fashion.

I removed the whole over pipe and downpipe. I re adjusted it and I still have a leak on the turbo. The flanges are not helping at all. I went to autozone and got some gaskets but it's only a temporary fix. There's a leak still |

I got my overboosting issue resolved! It turned out to be the hose from the Ebcs to the wastegate melted from the header proximity. Car's running well finally. The only problem left is the reading on my Aem boost gauge seems off.
What vacuum source did you guys use? I put a vacuum manifold connected to the top vacuum source of the intake manifold next to the pcv line for my bov and boost gauge. |

I'll give you a call tomorrow and we'll get it sorted one way or another. What's your order/invoice number for the kit so I can pull up all the info. Thanks! |
