I don't know if I'd be defending this in any way. I am waaaay more a smaller company than they are and I've given away much greater than $22 when I made a mistake in my pricing.
As a matter of fact I just gave my customer I just finished work on just today more than that $22 just because I was being nice and didn't add in extra materials I had to buy to finish the job. I didn't even tell them, I just ate the loss and went on my way. Had Nigel JDM parts accepted a small lose for shipping on this transaction, which most likely didn't actually cost the full $22 to ship, they would have had a happy Storm_Trooper on their hand that may have came in here to tell his positive experience. In most cases people who have good experiences with a company don't go much out of their way to tell others but a bad one usually gets around as this post shows. And I know from experience as my A+ BBB rating, zero complaints and no negative online reviews tell me so. At the moment I am sitting on about a month and a half wait for Winjet to take care of a warranty issue on one of their products I bought and had issues with. They can be assured that if they don't take care of this correctly I will be blabbing all over the internet about the end result if they aren't satisfactory. |
