Start making phone calls to find a grey front bumper skin in a junkyard or members parting out wrecks/upgrading front ends (be prepared to drive and ask for pics first)

New bumpers are dirt cheap and then paint and a bezel. Pretty cheap replacement part in all actuality and an easy fix overall.

They're almost doubling the price it should be. They're between 230-280 genuine Toyota parts new. Even then, that is pretty cheap for a bumper cover on a small run niche vehicle.

If you want to get an aftermarket, "LKQ," or a refurbished one they're in the 150-190 range.

BRZ front bumper covers are less for some reason.

Also that is before shipping, but some of those places offer free shipping.

It looks to me like one of the the bigger lip kits can cover all that. you'll have to do something about the fog light vent cover- there are aftermarket parts for that too.

Oh yeah- GO RED SOX!

If you're willing to do a bit of DIY, plastic welding for structural strength isn't terribly hard. Getting it to look perfect is definitely tricky, but if you just want to stabilize and strengthen, you can definitely DIY it.

You can do some searches - a lot of motorcycle guys have howto's on the subject. If you really want to embrace the DIY look, check out zip tie stitching, and then get the sticker that @Tcoat suggested.

I've done both plastic welding and zip tie stitching on MC's in the past, and had some pretty good results. I grabbed a couple of wrecked body parts from friends to practice on, which helped a lot. If you don't have any MC friends, you can probably pick up busted up plastics from eBay on the cheap.

You can blend the scratch so that it isn't noticeable unless inspected. It's not gonna be perfect though.

Deburr the scratch with sanding, then very finely apply bondo over the scratched up parts. More sanding. Any other imperfections fill with spot putty. Sanding. Then masking, primer, repaint, compound.

The DIY auto body and paint channel tutorials might help:

Jerk! I wasn't going to do a lip and now you are going to cost me money by posting that.
Oh, and where did you get the FRS badge and how is it attached? That looks great.
