For what it's worth, my car has had a 91 tune for about 90% of the time I've had my OFT and I haven't had any issues with knock. |

That's basically what I found on any brand of 91 on both a 91 tune and the stock ROM.

I feel like I had the same problem with my 2015 many moons ago. Something about logging a couple different parameters maybe? I think @steve99 can answer that one.
