Thanks for the insight Mike! I re-situated my maf tubing and the silicone couplers on both sides. Went for a drive and that seemed to do the trick. Ill have to do some data-logging later to confirm.

*What a waste of Dyno time. Really wish I caught that considering the BOV had popped off as well.Oh and that it was right in front of me. Maybe I should just replace all these clamps like some of you did lol.

You don't need to replace the clamps, Just make sure everything is secured properly. The clamps that come in the kit are better than anything you will replace it with. Le Mans teams use these same clamps, The Jackson Racing FR-S Race car uses them as well.

I have someone local selling this kit used. About 5k miles on the kit. He decided to go with a turbo setup. Its a great price but what should I look for when I go to look at it? The kit is still on the car. Should I go check it out while its on the car to make sure everything is working properly?

I would recommend having him take you for a quick test drive; it'll be pretty obvious if you have issues. Ask him to do a few redline pulls, safely.

Ok thanks. I know these kits don't have many issues from what I read so I feel I'm ok as long as there is not to many miles on it and it was installed properly.

The past couple weeks, my JRSC no longer makes the whoosh sound when I redline shift; instead, I hear a squealing sound.

I have checked all the hoses around the bypass/diverter valve and all are tight. I suspect it is the bypass/diverter valve itself that has gone bad? I have yet to take the valve off, but it looks like the Audi/Bosch OEM 710N Diverter Valve? After some research it looks like the part has been updated to a new version 710P?

Has anyone run into diverter valve trouble and to replaced them? Should i use the 710N or 710P? Planning on going to the Audi dealership to pickup the diverter valve.

Update: Diverter valve was in working condition. Turned out to be a hose clamp that would not tighten down. Replaced with new one, sound is gone.

Hey all. Just ordered my kit. Anyone running the Jackson kit with an aftermarket front bumper? I hear the clearance is tight. I don't have one now but was thinking maybe if my front bumper is off anyway...

Minor trimming and it clears the Varis.

Do you guys all have a intercooler on the setup? Are you running the JR one or a different brand?

Got my kit all installed, super excited to get this out on the track but doing some final inspection.

Is it normal for the tensioner to bounce around like it is in the video I made here: https://goo.gl/photos/vnxkLqE66Fzs2Drg6
