If someone is older then @humfrz but he still has a story to relate to them will be in future tense (i.e. "When I get to their age...)?

No. At that point the word become "If" not "when"

I did get a chance to head up to Garage Saudis and meet Hayashi-san. Super cool dude and he is willing to build me an R30 from the ground up. I'm very chuffed.

Hey guys, I'm back! Didja even notice I was gone? Long story short, I was working in Detroit, where I couldn't spit and miss a Mustang out there. I kid you not, Everytime I was at a stop light there were at least two stopped with me. I now understand more fully why Detroit looks like a wasteland once you get out of downtown. No, its not the poverty. No, its not the thousands upon thousands of empty lots due to the mortgage crisis.

Its the Mustangs. So many Mustangs. Those poor, poor people.

Don't forget the Camaros and Challengers around there either.
One trip to Lavonia I saw 22 yellow Camaros in a 1/2 hour drive.

Random thought before I go to bed:

So I bought the fumoto valve and about to do oil change this upcoming sunday. However, I forgot how lazy I am and really don't want to do my own oil changes. ughhhhhhhhhhh....

The valve makes it so simple.
If you stack some boards you can do it without even lifting your car.
