Ah nice, at buttonwillow last month when it was close to 100 my temps got up to 260 and pressures at redline were dropping to 40psi. Might jump up to 5w40 for my next day to see if it helps. Otherwise I'll end up throwing a larger cooler core on it.

I’ve read through several 100 posts but don’t have a good understanding of the performance you can expect with just the addition of the supercharger, no other modifications, when diving in the 2k to 5k RPM range without going WOT. I’m referring to the daily driving aspect of entering the freeway or just going around slower cars, I know it will deliver performance increase above 5k and WOT pulls. I’m sure power goals could be a factor but for this topic 275 to 300 would be the desirable range. Any feedback and/or charts comparing stock to boosted would be appreciated.
As a side topic I’ve read exhaust modifications don’t provide much/any performance increase, is this true? Let me just add I’m currently not intending to eliminate the front pipe cat.

Also, a catback will make almost no difference. A catless header and mid pipe can get you about 20-30 HP.

I've not been able to find someone to catch a ride with, I realize these things are objective and it can come down to what the butt dyno tells you. I'm just trying justify the expense of going FI on a daily use without having to hammer it to feel where your money went.
Any thoughts on the addition of a header? I've seen mention of the ACE but that header substantially increases your cost. |

Honestly for me I can feel a difference even when below wot, it's not extremely signification when compared to my old oft tune but it's there. You'll be able to feel the increased torque by just gassing it in 6th on freeway at around 3k For me sc was totally worth it, I had my doubts due to the cost especially since I opted for the added fuel supporting mods which increased cost quite a bit. In the end I've had sc for about 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Power on E85 is just addicting. Just my two cents Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

not so much related to our SC but...
does anybody have any oil pressure logs or something from their car? just curious with it getting warmer. My oil pressure seems tapers off around 4.5k-5k rpms. holding the same PSI until redline. after sitting in traffic it'll be in the 50's after 5k rpm with 5w30 and the air to oil, oil cooler you guys all seeing similar?
