I did that all the time in my old 626.

Fuck, I loved that car. So rare. Was a V6 with a 5 speed on her. I developed so many bad habits while driving it for a couples years. Every time my dad was in the car with me, he'd look at me in disgust with the things I'd do.

I recall one time extremely vividly, I ground the gears while shifting and said "lawl" and chuckled to myself. Dad said "what the fuck are you doing? I taught you better than that." I then crossed my left leg over my right for the remainder of the drive and shifted without the clutch. Now I know why my parents never bought me nice things. If only I knew then what I know now.

@soulreapersteve is totally fine by me. Would enjoy some laughs and a beer or two (or probably too many) with him. Dude seems honest as anything and I respect his grind with paying off his car so soon. Wish I had the common sense to be good with money, instead of putting away "just enough" and being stupid with the rest.

He called me names, I said "well cock sucking **** head, you can get those lights from an aftermarket steering wheel install, so yeah, I'd say details are pretty important."

Then it devolved from there, and he started to make fun of me for driving an "auto tragic".

I mean, I get that yeah, 75% of the time I'm trolling, but that's the shit I get when I try and be helpful? Fuck everyone. No more help from this guy anymore.

Edit: good thing I stay up later than I'd like to when I have to work early tomorrow to maybe help someone and get some feel good vibes in before bed, only for it to turn into a pissing match. Fuck me. I hate everyone so god damn much.

Yeah, people seem to be fucking idiots on facebook. I occasionally help people out with common issues but other than that, I let nature take it's course.

Honestly don't know how dumbasses are able to attain funds for this car but meh... Guess you can really get anything when loans are available, no matter how shitty the interest rate is (read some kid got a 28% rate and was trying to sell the car due to not being able to afford it... after 6 months of ownership)

It takes some of us a few extra years to get our shit together.

Some never do.

Yes, but okay thanks, just wondering if this is a bad habit for some reason, but yes the laziness always finds its way in.

Nah, as long as:

engine isn't lugging,
clutch isn't being ridden/slipped,
syncro isn't being ridden/slipped,

it's all good.

Yeah, for being a relatively high tolerance affair, there's plenty of room for fiddle-faddling.

28%?
That should be illegal or something...
It's like enabling a drug user... Except the drug is stupidity.

Oh, that's some bullshit. How can that be an official requirement?

College is a weird place. Clubs and organizations have a ton of freedom and can essentially do whatever they want but are run by the king shitheads(seniors predominately). In I'd say 90% of mine it was discussed in the first meeting how "x or y will be implementing Facebook to conveniently discuss z. If you don't already please make one before next meeting so you can actively participate in the discussion."

Bunch of hippies trying to act like they've worked a day in their lives.
