I took Barron for a ride at the end of Saturday, what an enthusiastic guy!

I wish I had swapped tires beforehand, didn't want to roast my snows with too many runs

@wparsons - I think I'm gonna sign up as a volunteer next year. How does one go about becoming an instructor?

I had a great time out there and learned a lot. I plan to make it out to many more events this season, and I know a couple other people from the school that felt the same way by the end of the weekend.

Many thanks to all the volunteers. Everything went very smoothly and, most importantly, safely.

Just as everyone else here is saying, it was an amazing experience.

All the volunteers were extremely kind and helpful and all the exercises were a blast.

Definitely recommending it to everyone I can for next year!

Compete in a lot of events and keep coming out to help! Generally they want people to have a couple full seasons of autox experience to start instructing.

I'll be posting about SPDA track days when they come up (June 11th, July 17th and September 10th), and there's typically a thread on the CASC forum with pretty much every possible autox event for the whole summer. Keep an eye in this section for it, or scan the individual schedule threads: http://www.casc.on.ca/forums/forumdi...c&daysprune=-1

There's also the OTA time attack schools, May 14th on the CTMP DDT and June 25th on the CTMP GP track. The DDT school is open to anyone, the GP school you should have some prior track experience first.

I've actually been doing autoX waaay back in the HADA days. We shall see!

I'm so glad I was able to attend this event. The organizers and instructors were awesome and I learnt soo much about the car. I along with every other twin owner were surprised with how well these car are!!

btw, I was the white brz with go green rims!!
