Put whatever you want on your car bro. There will always be haters. Using one color or another doesn't matter. So long as you like it. If these guys knew what my car looked like they'd all freak out because OMG it's not stock or TRD it's so rice, giant wings are so rice unless it's on a race car so if you drive your race car on the street you should just take off the wing and have a fucked up leaky trunk until you get to the track

Chose wisely, you can put whatever you want on your car, at the end of the day is yours. But complain when your car is the subject of laughs and your bad taste about mods.

Bad taste is always subjective. The elitists think all mods beyond super light wheels and 3000$ coilovers are in bad taste. I feel the condition of the vehicle is much more important. If it's beat to shit it will look trashy stock. But a really well maintained duraflex body kit can look good. Doesn't mean I'd put it on my car, but that doesn't make it trash. Chrome stick on vents though... they just kinda look like big diamond stud earrings... do not want. Just get real vents

Edit: this could be seen as a double standard as stick on vents are nonfunctional as is the Duraflex "aero"... What distinction I make between the two, I dunno. Maybe it's the magnitude of the change from stock to body kit as opposed to sticker vents or because they are always chrome... I dunno.
