Has anyone with the HBP installed had their head unit fail on them?

Nope, talking about the supercharger head unit. I'm sure you could figure that out.

That's exactly what Jackson and KW refer to the unit as, so your correct on your terminology for sure. It is the head unit.

Send an e-mail to tech@jacksonracing.com to possibly get the Rotrex unit warrantied.

I already have an ecutek license on my car, was tuned when i ran EL and UEL headers for AUTOX in florida. I'm back on stock headers. the only other question would be the overall cost of this upgrade?

A flash and go tune? W/ JRSC? Injectors? Flex Fuel? Any RaceRom features?

Pricing varies with your needs.

Messed with the piping some more last night. This is as close to having the bumper not pop out.

Yeah. I think I'm good right now. I'm pretty sure I just have more gap than before (understandable as the bumper had been taken off a handful of times) but the bumper not popping out means that the piping isn't rubbing with anything.

Posted on the Jackson Racing SC owners page on FB about this. Not sure if people on here has had a similar experience...

I used to hear the intake sucking in air and having that whooshing sound during an up-shift (while in the car) from as low as 1000rpm to 3500rpm. Now it seems as though that noise is no longer present (at least while in the car).

Is this normal? I was told that I should check the bypass valve.

That Jet Engine noise is no longer present...

Edit:

Jet Engine noise is there. Just that its mellowed down a good amount. Had a second opinion and was told that the system is functioning as it should.
