Maybe a faulty wires or bad jumpers or bad fuses. Ask for a replacement. I got mine working in like 5 mins. Your hand brake needs to be on for you to see it just like your regular drl which happens to be the bottom led strip. The top fish hook led is barely visible during the morning.
Answer these questions and maybe I could help lol.

Did you wire anything to your fuse box?
Did you adjust the setting where it will turn on?

Just a update on my last Purchase from DD, I ordered the the DLR end of NOV. got the product and it was defected. the next day they took it off the site, my best bet is that they are coming back soon with a more durable product, i should recieve my new one tomorrow
