I am on PSS, with stock power. Primarily used at Road Atlanta with obvious hard braking zones, and I really thrash the car...

HP+ currently, it's the first race pad I've put on my personal car.
I always do the pedal dance, but it doesn't turn off abs. I typically stay off abs, but every now and then it'll kick in while I'm trail braking.

Lets step you up to a real race compound, not a "hey we claim this does it all but it really doesn't" compound. Are you comfortable swapping pads for track days with street pads, or are you going to be leaving the race pads on permanently? |

I am comfortable swapping pads. Here is my plan so far: Order the sprint BBK. Get some high end pads for the BBK. Get some street pads that fit in the BBK calipers. Get a spare set of blank rotors for the BBK. Drive daily on street pads and blanks. Swap to J-hooks and race pads for track.

What would be the recommendation for the same scenario but where one is interested in keeping the pads on the track and off (and not swapping)?

Race pads, but with the help of someone experienced who can help you bed it in properly. Noise can be minimized with proper bedding and compound choice, but fade cannot, so the only choice is to get a higher performance compound that can be bedded to silence.

Hey @CSG Mike wondering if you've ever experienced this - I discovered some "ripples" on my rotors (can feel it when rubbing finger across the surface of rotor). I'm feeling that they're causing some slight vibration when applying moderate brake pressure when brakes are cold. Same issue on both rotors.
Using DS2500 pads.

@CSG Mike they are certainly radial, i've seen markings before but this is very "wavy" and you can feel smooth rolling "slopes", if you will, going from inside of rotor to outside. Should I make any change to maintenance or use or is this completely normal? Some has suggested perhaps sanding the pads flat?
