Stuck your finger in the hole, didja now...

I came in expecting to say "replace the cam plate" and left having learned something new.

Well, Dylan0123, you can buy O rings at almost any hardware store.

However, they may not be TRD certified or able to handle a boosted engine ..... (just kidding).

Now, about you getting all excited about touching a cam, ...... I wouldn't know where to start .......

PS - good pictures!

Yep, @twag4 figured it out ......

After I took the badly bent ram tube off and my grandpa and I heated it up with a torch and sledged on it against a RR rail, till it was almost round, the hay baling resumed.

My grandpa explained to me that "sheer" bolts are meant to "sheer" and don't have markings on the head. The "case hardened" bolts - as he called them, have marks on the top of them ....... aaaaaannnnnndddddd ..... they don't sheer.

Sorry ...... ....... I digressed again ..........

So, Dylan0123 ...... didja ya get the leak stopped ..... ??

Well i didnt get a chance to run it so im not sure if its still seeping or not but i'll check it out this weekend. I always like to buy oem parts even for small things like that oring because you never know if its made out of a specific material or its an oddball size only made for that application

Assuming this could be a pressure sensor associated with AVCS functions
