Over the weekend, I came up to a red light at an intersection. This homeless woman came up to my window.

She didn't ask me for money, she simply said "God damn, this is a sexy car."

She then walked away and went back to her spot on the sidewalk. Felt bad that I had nothing to spare (I only carry cash for gas money) so will probably head back down there this weekend and give her a nice big sandwich with all the fixin's.

It's going to be a while, maybe next year! Estimates for a full graphic vinyl wrap is around 5k.

I'll see about doing perforated version for the rear window first. Pink doesn't contrast well against orange, but it shouldn't be too bad. Can't wait >.<

Normally I'd agree, as USDM Itasha themed cars seem out of place, but it's Madoka. That's like the best example of judging a book by it's cover that I can think of. Madoka is one of those Anime that make you appreciate the medium a bit more, if you're willing to give it a shot. It's up there with EVA, Redline, and Cowboy Bebop, in it's own right.

Yeah, you don't really see them here in the States (or rarely out of Japan). Just wanted to do something different. May not get the full body vinyl though since its not going to be a show car and going to be daily'ed for the next 10+ years. Seeing what Tcoat posted about how his front end looks like an asteroid belt, it might not be worth it. Though still doing the rear window!

And get the decal! Saw a girl in a BMW who decal'ed it full of Hello Kitty lol

Since the interior of my car is Black / Red, and Toyota already did a crossover with Gundam, I'm thinking either a Char Aznable's Custom logo, or just a Zeon logo to match the white exterior.

Keep in mind that I spend 14 hours a week at high speed on a vey busy freeway. Loads of guys can DD without a scratch. I am at the upper extreme of the DD range.
Although if I kept every loose car part that has been thrown up and hit me so far I could be well on my way to building a beater!

As i was walking to pack some stuff up from my apartment building to drop off in my new house, I noticed a kid on his bike staring at it. When i got closer he asked me if it was my car, i said yes and he said "that's the coolest car i've ever seen!" made my day.

Had a 2015 Mustang GT owner compliment my mudflaps, and offer to trade rides. I told him "Hell yea!" Then we proceeded to do the usual question rundown and have a good car chat. His woman was not amused at how long we stood in the parking lot staring and talking cars though.

Totally forgot about this story....a week or two ago I pull into my parking lot (I recently moved and don't know any neighbors) and as I'm walking to my building a kid (12-13 y.o) rides up on his bicycle to me and asks if that's my car. When I say yes he says I like it - is it fast? I say kind of. Then he proceeds to say "No offense man, your car is nice, but if I had a Nissan GT-R I would beat you" I start laughing, agree with him and get in my building lol
