Did you see the one Aceheaders showed a couple of months ago? The core was the full length of the radiator. I just hope its still in development as I haven't heard anything about it in a while.

@JDKane527, @Calum
Has anyone every reported on an installation of this system? It looks like a pretty good version of a laminova-type exchange system. Most of the other radiator/oil-cooler combinations suffer from leaking and this one is based off of the Mishimoto radiator, which I trust to last. I only fear for the additional welding, and I know how FA20club is perceived on this forum. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?p=1354596 Before I open up a string of vitriolic comments, I know of the issues people have had with FA20Club. I only want to know if anyone has tried THIS component and any feedback from it in particular. |

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42511 Here's the original release thread about the FA20crap product. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52219 What I took from those threads, which when you take a critical look at those heat exchangers (HE) is obvious, is that the HE is too small, the stock rad will be a weak point, and the flow through the HE isn't very good. But that only means that's a bad execution of the liquid to liquid idea. A larger core, with better flow and a properly sized radiator should still work well. I feel like I should be joining /r/hailcorporate but from what I've seen aceheaders will also have this product space on lock down. Give it some time to let Mike and the gang finish testing it in the heat of this summer and I'm guessing we'll have a viable product finally. Disclaimer, I know nothing. Aceheaders and CSG haven't told me anything, I'm just a forum whore. |

Did you want instructions on how to operate a hole saw or something? Or a template on how to cut into the car...?

Skunk2 ultra radiator
No need to be condescending,
FTeightsix how did you go about hooking up your oil lines, I doubt you would have drilled into the chassis. I've got a treadstone turbo kit on the car aswell, so I'm hoping I can shoehorn the radiator in with the stock fan shrouds. |

I apologize, I was going for sarcasm, not condescension. Again, apologies if it came across that way.

Motor is back in, runs fine NA at the moment.
Still working on ducting for the radiator. Want to make sure that all the air has to go trough the cooler. Back offshore now, will update when I am back home and finish it.

Thanks for the reply
I fit the radiator then removed it. It doesn't fit with a front mounted internally actuated turbo like the Borg warner efr. I mean I could make it fit, custom shroud, spal fans etc, but time is a restraint atm. So going to sell it and use an air cooled oil cooler. |

Just an FYI, skunk do say this: Skunk2’s all-aluminum, full-size Ultra Series Radiator for the FRS/BRZ is a direct-fit upgrade ... Found that at their own site.
Link to their own site: http://eustore.skunk2.com/brz-frs-ul...-radiator.html But anyway, good luck and I can't wait to see you get your brz back on the road Andreas!
