Yea mine is also about 1" lower than that, which is a cocern to me now cz I lowered my car to bout 2 finger gaps.

Looks like the bend in the RS exhaust may be a bit of a lesser angle and that keeps the pipe up a bit higher. There is certainly a difference between our two pics.
I am lowered as well but have only bounced it off a speed bump once so not worried about it.

Actually, based upon my car wide contour gauge it appears it doesn't really hang much lower than other parts in spite of how it looks.

I replacedthe resonator on the TRD I had with a better quality resonator. Quieted it down just enough and got rid of the freeway drone.

i have both the TRD exhaust and intake - sounds fantastic yet not annoying

I drove on the freeway today, it did get annoying at one point because I was on the hands free phone and going uphill made it a little boomy. Other than that, there's no issue.
