Simple, cheap, out of the way, and 100% reversible.

Cheap Equuis? Brackets painted black and stuck on using very strong double stick tape.

Question

Anyone know where I can purchase the bezel piece that surrounds the dash buttons for the trunk button, etc. ?
I need to purchase a new one so it can be retrofitted to relocate the buttons from the dash. My current piece is cut out for the fog light button which I will be rewiring to the EU stalk.

Nice job! You inspired me to make a new version of this for my car using Solidworks and my 3D printer. It took 4 prototypes to get the fitment perfect for the steering column trim, but I finally got it. I'm printing off a final version now for each side (dual) which will be done in a few hours.

Here is a 3D image of what I am printing:

I will add another photo of the completed part installed on the steering column trim once it's done printing.

I'm glad my idea was helpful for someone~
Nice that you have 3d printer and skills require to print whatever you design~ I envy you LOL~

By the way, I also did little revised bracket for simpler look.

One mistake I made is I should've got Defi gauge with white backlight instead of all red so that it matches batter with stock cluster.

It took 4 prototypes to get the fitment onto the trim, and after that I think I've done about 4 more revisions to get the gauge positioning perfect. After that I added an angle to the gauge position to make it easier to read.

You'll see in the pictures the general placement with the steering wheel in the uppermost and lowermost positions. I've also modified it so it works in the frontmost or rearmost positions as well. Right now I have the final version printing which has the deep mount for the gauge that should appear just above the headlight switch.

My goal was to not obstruct the view to the factory gauges in any way, and still retain easy access to the buttons on the dash for the odometer, etc... Once the final one is printed and my new Innovate gauge arrives, I'll take a picture with the gauge installed. In the meanwhile I'm going to work on the perfect positioning for the gauge on the right side of the column. This pod is for a 52mm gauge.
