I feel the same way with my rce yellows on 17x9s. It actually looked lower on oem wheels, even though the 17x9's with 245/40's are about 3mm taller. I got an alignment and added a little bit of camber to the front, which I think helped with the wheel gap. I'm getting more useless and I know deep down, going lower for sake of the slight wheel gap will only cause me to sacrifice in other areas.

Springs are softer and offer no adjustment via stock struts. I exceeded the springs' performance on track when I went to sticky 245's.

T2's ride better through faster, higher quality damping and offer ride height adjustment and compression and rebound adjustment. Springs are great for entry level novice tracking. T2's are motorsport grade.

My car is only a DD but after I put on the pilot super sports and started playing with the new limits of the cat I started finding the limits of the stock dampers. From what I've been told a better drive would be able to push this setup farther than I have, but I'm not interested in driving a car that I find unpredictable just to satisfy the other forum whores. I'm moving to T0's this spring. I thought long and hard about just going to a set of B6's but in the end I felt that RCE did such an outstanding job with just the springs that I couldn't pass up the chance to try a full setup from them.

I just got some wider wheels and PSS. I have a feeling I will be hitting the limits of oem dampers/rce springs soon also.

So just go with what you would prefer based on driving style.
After doing a lot of research on here, this is what I plan to go with, the next time i have some spare income to throw at it. Trust me, you definitely want to get some camber in the front of the car anyway.
