If they only supply a canned tune that guarantees that power level to everyone that installs the kit, I'm sure individual cars could benefit from some fine tuning.
Truthfully at this point I am just hoping that when I throw the key it runs.
But I have wondered the same thing.
Today was exhaust day.
Tomorrow I begin the tear down of the stock intake and install of the Cosworth SC.

Ugh, D8 / DB. A typo!
How is Cosworth on support turnaround? Don't give up, it'll all be worth it in the end.

On the plus side, does that mean you've finished the install if you're up to flashing the ECU? That was fast!

The contact at Cosworth has been pretty darn good on support turnaround..almost instant actually..how ever it's just my bad luck he is on the road until March 2..he is checking his email though according to the person answering the phone...Evidently no one else at the office could help me..I asked....I am not sure if this is something he can remedy while away from his office. Either way..my plan of having this completed by early tomorrow looks to be busted..

I'd push on Ernie, by the time you've sent a mail to Cosworth and they've responded you should have it all installed and waiting for the tune

Thanks to the near instantaneous support from Cosworth it's time now for the deconstruction and installation.

Wait wait... you tuned your ECU to run the supercharger before installing the kit? Did you start the car?

I guess they did. (previous post) That's great! It's nice to see they are on top of customer support. Really strengthens confidence in the company.

Good luck. Please keep us updated on the progress and any 'gotchas' you run into.

Oh, side note, are you going to run a FMOC like the Perrin unit? I'm curious if it'll fit with their exchanger.
