Sorry to say, but mods don't really add value. You'll never sell with the price that you're asking. I've seen some fantastic cars sell on here for barely $30k with a crap ton of mods. Good luck though.

Lol most the mods are trinkets.. You have bushings and springs, make no power and the car looks like shit. You could probably get $25k for it... And that's being honest
