Yup. Being 5'6 is awesome for this. Cool cars were made for people our height especially if it's Japanese! AZNPRYDE biotches

6' 2" lanky bastard here. The wheel doesn't bother me although I agree it could come out a bit more. What bothers me is the lack of thigh support and adjustments on the stock seat. It needs to be able to go lower and maybe have some more rake in the front, too. Probably gonna swap it for a Recaro Sportster CS or SR-7 reclinable in the future.

I have to admit that I didn't realize the wheel telescoped, but not really a need at 5'3" I'm pretty much the opposite problem, although this car fits me so much better than anything I've owned before.

This is primarily a question of arm-leg-length-ratio (not whether one is particularly tall or not).
I also have relatively long legs compared to the length of my arms, which is why I would also prefer a steering wheel with some sort of spacer / long-hub-adapter / deep-dish.

But I guess that no one has come up with a solution so far?

.

I'm 5'4. I have it fully extended, and it's perfect for track driving.. but another inch would probably be perfect for cruising. I don't mind it though. I get "gorilla arm" if I try to be cool with one hand on 12 o clock.

So I just rest my arm on my leg and control from the bottom

Would be nice if it came out further. Forces bad posture. Not a crucial deal, but a design flaw, yes. (6'4)

This is an arm-leg-length-ratio thing, I can gangster lean while driving with chair 2 click from the farest setting. I'm used to being call a monkey by my GFs....... (or you can say I have short legs )
