Yerp. I've got the Blue version and couldn't be happier with it. My silver pice got scratched and I wasn't happy with the FR-S version or interested in trying to wrap myself. I also like that it's OEM and warrantied for 1 year if something happens to it.

Ok, so the blue series dash is different? Is there a different part number?

It's not supposed to be carbon fiber. It's the same pattern found all over the rest of the car.

Yea, I know. My real point was the original is wrapped as well, so I'm not surprised the new one is. Are folks saying the new one is wrapped on top of the space invader wrap?

I have the blue series dash panel not the regular 2015 version. The blue series looks sooo much better.

Stumbled across the thread with the photos today. Credit to @doggy for the photo and thread.

I counted about 12 carbon fiber lines for the height of the Blue Series screen, where as the picture you posted I count about 19-20 lines for the height of your radio.

I prefer the look of the Blue Series, so it's good to know that they're not the same. Weird part is that you said you looked up the part number from a Blue Series VIN...so not sure why you got the regular 2015 dash instead.

Thanks for the pictures!
I love the way it looks. Here is a close up pic from another thread.

Unless you went back and exchanged it, you actually just have a regular 2015. Pics in first post of yours are the 2015

In case anybody cares, the 2016 BRZ limited trim radio surround for the Starlink HU (wider opening with angled sides, small/darker CF pattern) is Subaru part #66060CA110.

I swapped my Starlink dash for the Series blue dash to better fit my aftermarket HU.

Series Blue dash pattern (the radio surround trim) vs the 2016 BRZ premium trim dash pattern (the passenger dash trim). Pattern runs at the same angle but the series blue pattern has larger squares. Same colors but pattern size differences make the series blue larger square pattern piece look darker in pics.

I did the same but bought both Series.Blue pieces just for the continuity. I actually really like the Series.Blue pattern over the 2016 pattern. Even more maddening though is how ridiculous Subaru is for making a trapezoidal head unit. Essentially making it necessary to get another dash piece if you decide to deviate from the OEM headunit.
