I was wrong... I seem to be slightly rubbing on the outside of the wheels as confirmed by marks on the wheels. Cant be too much as i neither hear or feel it and must be when i go over dips at speed. Any suggestions? Prob a bit of camber?

Edit: only on the rears

Are you on coilovers? Either add a little height or a bit of camber.

Cant im on springs... I was thinking going with the whitleine adjustable bushings for the rear. Think .7 deg of camber can fix this?

I wouldn't even know as I'm on coilovers which makes it easier. The meaty thread should be able to help

Edit: for my sake.

I think you are correct, the tires are touching the rear fender wells when suspension gets loaded. I would be concerned a large bump could potentially cause fender damage. You could chalk/powder your fender to see where it rubs. It should be evident.
Solutions: Roll fenders, more camber, stiff coilovers, 255s, a combination of these, aftermarket fenders, drive only on smooth roads. That's all I can think of.

Thanks for the edit lol. Yes 255 did not rub at all but left so much exposed rim its was bothering me (im starting to think brand of tire has alot to do with this as ive seen pics in this forum of 255's completley covering a 9.5 incher without as much stretch... Im gonna try adding a bit of neg camber to see what happens, roll fenders next if i have to

You are correct again. My 255 Michelin PSS fill my 9.5s nicely

Continental Extreme DW in 255 are a very little stretched. If you look at jive turkeys set up his tires seem perfect.
