I think a few people need to read this http://www.land-and-sea.com/dyno-tec...horsepower.htm
Correction factor at 6000' is monstrous, on the order of 20 - 22%. So you actually put down something around 230 HP on that dyno. I wish dyno guys were better about listing ambient temps, pressures and correction factors in use. I think it's great that your tune copes with the altitude this well. I hope it copes with altitude change just as well (gotta come down for air, sometime). @ CSGMike: I'll get off the damned fence at some point. Not sure where I'll jump to, but I'll be off the fence. |

The housing is just too small. If they put a 3" housing in it would support more than this blower can make. As it stands I could see this thing easily maxing out the maf at sea level. It is a really simple fix to change the housing and the tune, though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

To clarify, you are maxing out the MAF with no catalytic converters and a custom calibration. The JR CARB calibration with the standard JR MAF setup operates correctly on cars with catalytic converters. Enjoy! -Oscar Jr. |
