According to Scion curb weight is 2,758 so empty weight without 13.2 US gals. of fuel would be about 2,679 lbs.

To the new 10 Series owners. Just out of curiosity.. why you did you decide to go for the 10 Series, when the Monograms are at some dealers, or on their way in a very short bit.

Did dealers give you a deal on the 10 Series? Was it the color? Did dealer not have allocation of Monogram? Couldn't get the color/transmission you wanted in Monogram? Didn't know about the Monogram?

Dealer gave me a screaming deal on this on for President's Day. Wasn't my original choice for color, but they got my payment WAY lower than I was expecting, and I couldn't pass it up. The color has grown on me (looks different in sunlight, haze, cloudy, etc) and the little feature differences are nice. Overall, I got a great deal on a car that I have wanted for a long time.

Exactly. When i first saw the color i wasn't super ecstatic about it but it has really grown on me. I love the light up badges now too. Only thing i wish i has from the brz limited is heated mirrors. My car stays outside and during this last ice storm i couldn't see a damn thing for a few days.

It's weird that they would add heated mirrors to the Canadian 10 Series and not the American. Then again the Canadian version didn't have the touchscreen.

Out of curiosity, has anyone actually tried to see if it has the heated mirrors and we never knew? Similar to how they didn't advertise the alarm system as a feature, but it ended up being there once activated.

Good question and I'd try it by simple finger touch but mine are covered by convex mirrors now.

Yep to activate it, you need to turn on the rear window defogger, and you can breat. I've been able to breath on mine and fog it up and you start to see the lines of heated wires, but the weather here is cold enough for it to fog up the mirror.

I don't think ours are heated because mine iced up, even with the rear defroster on

So I found this pretty interesting. The fake cf panel is adhesive taped to the stock FR-S panel. If I knew that I wouldn't of used a knife to remove the adhesive! The black looks gorgeous! So now I'm in the process of wrapping it with black suede.
