well I didn't join the guys today after all, but I did get a chance to hit Palomares a little later in the day. Fun as always but I should mention there was a rather large, like almost grapefruit sized chunk of rock from a rockslide, sitting out there in the middle of the lane, on northbound trip, near the Niles Canyon side. Also watch for a sharp dip or pothole near the end, up towards the CV side! Oh, and I do believe I spotted @jsimon777 right as I came to the end, and presumably he was headed home.

Yep, good drive and good break for a busy Tues at work. A lot of cyclists on redwood, which I expected since it was lunch time, so was extra careful on the blind turns (which paid off since we came up on a couple coming out of a blind turn and had to get on my brakes. Good job @OmarYasin for keeping a good distance). On the tail end we got honked at by a BMW coming around a sweeping blind turn. I thought to myself "sure, I guess we're going a little fast for the area, I guess I better let off". Then we finally make the turn and I see a little deer just barely finishing crossing the street. I will be forever grateful BMW man/lady.

Drove redwood today at 1pm it was empty.all I can say is after Pinehurst going towards castrovalley there might be dirt and rocks on the road. I had a volvo wagon cut me off right after Pinehurst and then tried racing me down redwood, I kept my distance as I saw his rearend kick out and eventually he lost it and spun out. Everyone was okay idk why the guy decided to try and outrun me or even drive fast. So just a heads up everyone

What an idiot, not to mention selfish prick for potentially endangering oncoming traffic and/or cyclists trying to drive above his means.
