I've always been of the opinion it makes it more dirty. Leaves water marks and the water from the roads is always dirty and it gets all over, especially in construction areas.

Washes the salt off your car and off the road, but if you hit lots of puddles, slush, or mud then yeah you're dirtier.

I'm only going to discuss things over. Not looking to sign anything just yet. And I might just trade or sell my car. If I sell it, I'm thinking of going without a car for month to help speed up the process. Right now, I need to compare cars in person and go over financial options.
