Depending on how much I get for the Jeep, I am looking at maybe purchasing the FR-S and a Supercharger kit w/tune for it. Anyone here have an inducted FR-S?
Thanks,

I know that rock well. Sold my jeep for an frs as well.

Hello nomocouch,
Oh, nice. I'm not the only one to go from the trail to the street . Don't get me wrong, the Jeep is awesome but the more and more I watch utube videos of FR-S's the more I want one.

Hello robotickrypto,
I just saw the monogram series last night and that is one nice setup. I guess they are only making 2000 of those.

Then I must warn you about the addiction of the test drive. Worse than finding a stray Puppy.

I have a 2002 Jeep rock crawler/daily driver now. Prior to that I had a black 2007 Eclipse GS Turbo that was a lot of fun. I just test drove a 2014 FR-S automatic a few weeks ago and was impressed with the power to weight ratio - not bad. I have seen a lot of videos of others saying the power could be a little more, maybe driving one everyday that is evident. I have followed the news on the FR-S ever since it first started hitting the web and have decided to try to get one now. I saw the list of Albuquerque owners and it is a pretty good list, can't wait to be the next one on it. I'll keep checking here to see what's going on in Albuquerque.
Thanks, quarkdude
Welcome, this is the best car I've ever driven (driven a lot of high end sports cars) and I promise you wont regret the purchase. I have come from a car with a lot of power so this was a huge down grade in that horsepower department but after driving the car to be honest Its really not a huge issue anymore. The great gas mileage more than makes up for the horsepower that is "lacks". I can describe this car like driving a 2 stroke dirt bike. It needs to be about 5k for it to move so it just takes some getting used to.

On another note I went to Cameron's today to test out a new boot profile for our cars and it worked! We are scheduled next week to get the BRZ on the dyno and throw an E85 tune on it. Apparently stock our cars can make a healthy amount of power on E85. I will keep everyone posted!

Hello Lithium,
I did have a 1998 Z28 camaro in the past so haveing horsepower - I know what you mean. My test drive on the 2014 FR-s Auto was pretty impressive. I hear that the automatic in the FR-S is the same tranny that is in the Lexus IS-F. If that is true then that tranny should be good up into the 400 horsepower range.
