I started hearing a noise the past few days, it comes and goes, but I'm wondering if its the pulley. |

Try the Blue Gates, tension is far better and I'm sure it reduces drag. I've done almost 2000km now no issue and the belt running super smooth now that it worn in.

my blue gates belt is working problem free with my 70mm pulley. Then again, I never had issues with the belt, stock or not.
goose, did you check your supercharger pulley to make sure it was rotating correctly? I remember someone having an issue when turning the pulley by hand with the belt off and it had a "wobble." Maybe this is cause it to come off? I don't beat on my car but I have done a lot of logging so a lot of WOT pulls and i've never had issues. I have been "stomping" it lately (low rpm, just WOT) with the blue gates belt and putting some more strain on things and still no issues. |

I've tracked this kit maybe 5 times and had no problems with the belt. 75 mm and 70 mm pulleys.
@whataboutbob, what about you and all your autoX? |

@sw20kosh I had the idler pulley go out on me and tried to space the replacement unit Innovate sent me out so that the belt was more centered on it. The next AutoX event I took a very nasty spin and came back into grid to find that it had thrown the belt completely off, but the belt was not damaged. I immediately removed my spacing modification and put a new belt on and did the rest of my runs. I've probably put about 2K miles and a couple of AutoX days on the setup since and have had no belt or idler pulley issues since. FYI I am still using the 75mm pulley and plan to continue to do so.
