I'm going to stick with my "less is more" approach for now. Enjoy it in good health (and report back with burnout photos)! |

I'm with Wise - on the very rare occasion I see one here in Sydney I nearly break my neck. Looks great! Hope you enjoy it as much as the 86 dude.

Great choice of vehicle! Not a fan of the Camaro's size/weight, but if you are going to get into a muscle car, it seems like this, the ZL1, and the Boss 302 are the only ones worthy (IMO).
Man those big tires. I might have to upgrade my shoes whenever I finish my engine swap. 18x9's probably won't serve a 500hp engine well....

Great choice! The Camaro was tied for #1 on the top of my shopping list when I bought the FR-S. In fact, had it not been for the 1st86 program I would have probably ended up with the Camaro because my DD died 60 days before the FR-S was available and had I just been waiting rather than a member of the 1st86 program I probably would have not waited.
Also playing into my decision was the price differential because I had my heart set on the ZL1 and couldn't back down from it, but couldn't justify the price differential to the FR-S.

We don't get muscle cars here so when I read dark side GTI comes to mind. Well at least I got to see Bumblebee and co. when they were filming here.
