Thanks. The car drives really well, especially after the alignment. Super easy to keep sideways. Still want a bit more power and a 2 way diff but the car is still fun.

Probably still 215/45s. Not sure if I'm gonna keep them as daily wheels. I'm willing to bet the fronts will rub a shit ton after the car gets knuckles. Might use the rpf1s for spares until I can get some 17x8 rpf1s for up front. If the rubbing isn't too bad, I should be able to take care of it with some spacers.

We'll see what happens

Being so new to drifting, I've taken a lot of inspiration from your build mate. Good stuff

Painted. There's an article in the DIY section on how to do it if you're interested.

Thanks for the love everybody

Oh, your build says "Red Overlay Tail Lights." I thought they were wrapped.

Didn't notice that. Hmmm...

They're painted though. Just VHT Niteshades from the local Autoparts store and some spray clearcoat. Planning to get some Tom's tails down the road to replace them.

Fixed the build list though

Been really busy the past month or so.

Was at FD TX in September to help an old time friend out at the event. Spent the weekend as a spotter for Forrest and the Get Nuts team.

So much fun! Qualified 4th and went to top 16. He just took 3rd place this past weekend in Irwindale. If you don't know who these guys are, check them out at getnutslab.com . Some of the absolute sickest cars I've ever seen have been built by them. If you need any fab work done, they're the guys to hit up.

Video from the September event finally surfaced. Be warned, the music might give you a seizure. Damn video is like 10 minutes long haha
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8DjPjhP8YQ"]Upshiftvideos Sept. Event! - YouTube[/ame]

Had a small meet/get together in OKC/Edmond

Swapped engine/trans and diff fluid and switched to a fumoto drain valve(best $20 ever spent)

Ditched the Personal wheel and bubble knob and picked up a 10 Star 330mm Vertex Wheel. Paired with a Vertex shift knob and circuit hero 4" extension.

Forgive me, the car is pretty dirty haha.

I'm expecting the wheels to show up within the next couple of weeks. Gonna pair those off with some Kics Neo Chrome Lugs. Also have some ARP extended wheel studs on the way for the front and a bunch of PBM spacers to use on the front and rear.

Everything said and done, the new wheel specs will be long the lines of:
17x9 +20 up front
17x9 +30 in back
215/45s all around with same alignment specs.

Once I pick up the angle kit from PBM, I'll end up going to like -4 camber up front along with going from 5.9 to around 7 degrees of caster. Got more stuff to buy over the next couple weeks Also planning on getting a new seat/harness from the guys @Touge Factory before I go back home for the holidays.

Then it's off to the lab in December for some tandem fun before I ship off to the middle east in January. Maybe I'll get lucky and smack a wall and get some sick carnage before I goI'll have RIDICULOUS amounts of pictures and photos. I'm bringing extra tires and will be there at the shop for an entire weekend.

Here's some footage of their shop...and yes, that's their lot/skidpad as well. Slide all day e'eryday!

Dude. I have Ryan litteral's old ae86 and I love it. Been working on it and cleaning it up for about a year now. But man... I am really tempted to get an frs.
And after seeing yours... I'm sold.
Your car is sick. Love it. Very much how I would build mine. I have been wondering if Dan had plans for frs angle kit but this answers my question.

Now... Anyone want to buy a fully track ready 20 valve monster of a corolla?!

Ryan's 86 is crazy. So damn loud. I remember all the crazy footage from Forrest's shop in Vegas and it was deafening haha.

A LOT OF STUFF COMING IN GUYS!

Just stock piling everything at the house right now. I should have everything by the end of the week and I'll be putting it all on at once next week/weekend.

Standby for picture overload
