That's not creepy or unusual. Some strange guy shouting "I love you" from the passenger seat of a passing white Dodge Caravan to an unrelated guy standing in the middle of a field behind Wal-Mart. Now that's creepy.

Okay one more.

I really want to like the datsun (240z-280z, not picky just yet) I really do. But I think the thing I like the least about them is the front end, particularly those headlights. If someone could say remodeling/replacing that front end isn't a crime I'd feel better about them. I tried making a post in the off-topic vehicle section, but it looks like a flop.

Have you looked on Cardomain.com for examples of modded ones? That's what I do sometimes when I'm considering mods.

I used to have a 78 280Z so I get what your saying about headlights. I smoked them b/c car was black and made world of difference. I also painted the chrome on the front bumper matte black. I will look through my old photos at home to see if I can find pic. Car is long gone as a tornado decided to drop a tree on it

Not sure I understand the lack of love for the original 240Z headlights, but I do think it looks much better with clear covers on it. Nearly everyone I knew that owned one did this to it. Random Internet picture to prove my point....

Yeah I had those but smoked them. Loved that car!!!!
