GT86 Confirmed Pricing
Hey Guys,
My first post yes i know but Ive been following this forums and its articles from the beginning about the GT86/BRZ/FRS...i typed in GT-86 in the news section of Google and came across this article posted 2 hours ago http://www.emoneydaily.com/toyota-mo...rice/69823023/ It clearly states the price points..now im not sure if this data is coming from the Japanese price sheet we saw a few days ago on the forums or what but i thought this was an interesting find either way! Cheers :happy0180: |

I know this is not USA pricing...but it does say in the article that pricing will be under $30k.
I hope we are not screwed, because the Scion FR-S as we have seen it is not worth $30k...not even $25k...unless they are going to add in everything from the top model GT86. I am still going with $23K FR-S $24K BRZ Premium $26K BRZ Limited |

Sounds about right.....after the Yen price sheet came out i decided to do a little bit of research and most of the cars thats toyota sells in Japan after the USA conversion seems to be anywhere from 8k to 9k higher then the usa prices..these remained a constant factor as i looked at the gt86 yen pricing the japan version to the sienna mini van, camry, and XB so after you do the conversion i subtracted 8500 and then no matter what the trim level was the pricing fell at exactly or close to the corresponding USA trim level start price |

I guess it's a good thing that it's going to be released as a Scion here in NA and Canada.
I agree with Trip, sub 25K for the FR-S.

21k and 22k for sure.
Really, till we hear "Price will be $XX,XXX" not "Price will be under $30k" or "Estimated to be around" - is when we can start posting these things. thanks for the input, but when we hear something for real from a reliable source, WE POST.
