I can't speak to the FRS/Innovate. I could throw a belt on my previous in less than a minute. If when throwing the belt it snapped a tensioner and I had to replace it then about 15 minutes. Belt, ratchet, couple sockets and tensioner were always carried to do this.

It's pretty easy for the innovate too. You'll want to have a small wrench to take the AC compressor and alternator pulley shrouds off, but that's a convenience thing, you can do it without removing them. If it takes you 15 minutes, then you were taking your time. That's how accessible it is.

Tensioner too? Yikes.

Things may be different with this kit and car but if the idler/tensioner is cheap I'd get it. I initially started just carrying a spare belt after it had jumped off once, shredded and stranded me on Christmas day with my mother riding along. The next time it did it I was like hahahah I've got you this time... to find out that the tensioner pulley/arm had snapped off this time but the belt was okay.

I had this happen probably a total of six or seven times across the course of 5 years and about 80k miles of track and street driving. Usually associated with sudden throttle transitions either on or off throttle.

Installed my kit yesterday night, Have the Delicious Tune to go with it.

Loving it so far, power is really smooth and consistent.

I noticed the stock brake booster hose when routed actually works and looks much cleaner than the innovate one provided. I'll have to shoot them a e-mail if the stock valve doesn't hold up and that's why they want to replace it

@diss7, are you not running any other engine mods other than s/c? Stock intake and exhaust etc?

Need some advise please.
I'm almost done installing the Intercooled version. The kit comes with 2 pulleys to give 10 or 12 psi, which should I start off with???

Full stock intake and exhaust, apart from a TRD air filter element.
I'll also be putting on an HKS air intake duct to feed the stock airbox, as I don't like the stock snorkel design.

I don't feel that either are limiting me. Power is still climbing at redline.

I'll try to remember to take some videos at the track tomorrow.

Well picked my beast up today.

Engine wise the car is bon stock (apart from the sprintex intercooled kit) running the 10psi pulley.

Making 230rwhp and 184ftlb

Feels so good.

Will post Dyno plot a bit later when i get home, and my serial number. Had to pick the car up and go right to work so didnt get to have too much fun.

amazing, I don't want ANY other power mods on my car now. It feels right where it needs to be. More suspension and aesthetics time.
