Would love to do this, AMP is an awesome track and facilities. Couldn't say enough good things about what they do up there. Maybe I'll be able to make the next one.

Surely more than four people bought this car to drive it like a SPORTS CAR! Its not a show car for crying out loud! enjoy it! You wont regret it.

For $300 I'd sign up, but after insurance and buying a helmet it'd be more like $1,000+ depending on the quality of helmet that I buy. At that point it isn't worth it to me to try out. I'll try a motorcycle track day first to see how much I enjoy it since I already have all the gear necessary for that. Just my two cents on why I won't be coming out this time.

That was my issue the first time i went tracking. I got lucky and at the nurburgring they dont require it. I absolutely love tracking though. I went to the nurburgring atleast once a month while I was in Germany. This is a killer dealer for an all day track event. And its all FRS/BRZ so will meet some cool ass people. I also have to buy a helment for 700+ but I plan to go tracking in california so its also required there.

I would be interested, trying to get the old man to go as well. If the KS doesn't get funded, is the track day a no go?

The only way I could gaurentee this event fires off is if it was FRS only. that would mean no BRZs. Scion would cover the whole thing but maybe a future event could be like that.
seeing as Im bringing an S4 and some mazda people will be coming I can get the full ride
