put in PIAA xtreme white plus hb3's... amazon shipped me hb4's instead of the h11's so i gotta wait on those. not much of a difference lol, but i'll deal with that later. now i know i'm not going to get anything "brighter" from halogen bulbs but i like the color spectrum (4k) on these. at least until i make the switch over to hids.

was going to do an oil change as i hit 500 miles today but didn't get a chance. however, i did have a chance to order a nice invidia n1 ti exhaust that should be here on wednesday

weighed my auto fr-s, again

I weighed it this week with the spare removed and a 1/4 tank of fuel and it was 2740 (uncertified scale) . Last week a different scale with a full tank and the spare removed weighed a certified 2800.

I'd go with the satin ....

What kind of tips are those?

They are whatever Nameless Performance uses on the axle backs. There were a few scratches on them so I went after them and close to the end I decided not to polish them. The outside is still shiny though, to get it to look like the inside I would have to remove the AB.

lol, funny enough as my plans for FI are indeed in the near future.... i was leaning towards a SC. i've always been a turbo fanatic but it may be fun to switch it up. however a SC on a 4cyl seems like it may be a bit anticlimactic.

and thanks! i love the old benz lol. that car will literally run forever, it'll probably be around long after i'm gone (and ditto :P)

Installed the Retro-Quik kit from The Retrofit Source. Really happy with the results:
And 2 days ago I installed Rally Armor Red mudflaps.

REALLY happy with these as well. Went to a car show yesterday and got more compliments on the mudflaps than any other specific thing about my car. Took home the trophy for 1st in Toyota/Scion class!

If you're looking for over 300 whp then you may want turbo, but otherwise sc is fine.

And as for my sd... I got it a month ago from my dad but unfortunately I'm probably gonna sell it. The engine is fine but the interior and exterior have been quite neglected for the past couple of years. I may grab a better condition one some time down the line. I love the car. Good luck with yours
