You should be able to get MSRP. Expand your net and look at more dealers.

$38k for this car is a ripoff.

What thill said. For that price you could get a 370Z. They're marking up a good $8000.

Yeah, my SSM Limited 6MT was 32k out the door, and that's including TTL and doc fees.

for 38k you can step into a BMW. Tell the dealer to go fuck himself.

For Limited auto you shouldn't be paying more than 29-30k (before taxes and fees, natch).

BRZ LT is 1100 cheaper than AT. So most the OTD prices are going to be 31,500 - 32,500.

$38k for a BRZ is outrageous. You can buy so many different cars for that price. Shop around at different dealers to see who will give you the best offer. Don't be afraid to drive a little to get what you want.

38k?!

I paid 30k OTD for my limited WITH an extended warranty and the maintenance package.

PS heres the best advice I can give you; Skip the auto trans, save a grand, and have more fun driving

38k... just say no. Like other said, shop around. I would recommend out of state as those are more willing to go MSRP compared to the popular states - CA, NY, FL dealers are ripping people off.
