Help me decide: Headlight / Taillight Tinting

I am wanting to tint my headlights and my tailights on my FR-S. I am wantign to see what you think. Not only is this for looks but it is also going to aid in protecting my headlights from daily grit and grime along whith fade.

The car will be "firestorm".

I really like the smoke tint or yellow tint. Not to mention in the future I am looking at at black front lip and black rims.

Anyway vote and help me decide on a nice set.

PS. You can vote twice

On the headlights red and blue are very illegal, smoke is somewhat illegal. That being said, I think red and blue would look terrible on the front. I'd either do a light smoke or keep it clear.

As far as the back tail lights go, I'm want to tint mine red to get rid of the altezza look, but my car will be WRB, and I don't know if red on red will look okay.

I'll be putting clear film on the headlights and trying to do all red taillights.

Where I come from, any colour tints on the lights are asking for a police verbal beating. But i would go for smoke or blackout. Stick to a colour scheme and dont have too many colours on ur car.

Its only illegal if it you get caught. My G5GT had tinted headlights and it looked completely stock with them as I didnt try to black them out. I just went light on the tint. Tail lights were done too and looked good. I like smoked red and not black as night crap jobs.

I like smoked/tinted tails but I think it depends greatly on the design of the lights. I hate to say it but IMO the tails on this car are going to look bad with or without the tint so I'm going to leave it stock and hope some aftermarket part can make it look better.
