Radar Detector Audio via Headunit
Has anyone been able to send audio alerts from a radar detector through the car audio/headunit? I'm particularly interested in finding out how it works regardless of what input (FM/AM/CD/AUX/BT/etc) you are in.
FYI: I have a Passport 9500ix which has a headphone jack and am currently using the Bespoke headunit. |

I can't quite answer your question...but in the settings of the 9500 you should be able to turn the volume to a 'loud mode' which will boost the volume on the detector even more than when the volume is fully turned up if that helps at all
Thats what i did with my 8500 (and i think my MAX as well) and I can still listen to music pretty loudly |
